The City of Trenton came to us with issues on a new install and needed help troubleshooting their blower control panel. We determined that the root of the problem was with the PLCs. We found a bad input/output card and swapped it out and had them up and running in less than hour.

Berlin Charter Township Waste Water Plant came to us and were having troubles with their wiring being too small for the blower motors. There was no drive bypass motor circuit. We redesigned the cabinet to include a bypass motor circuit so that they weren’t dead in the water if a drive went bad. We also put line rectifiers in to clean up power before going into the drive. The best thing about this is that we cut out engineering cost by doing it ourselves, saving them money in the long run.

Berlin Charter Township Waste Water Plant came to us and were having power issues coming in from DTE. DTE asked for proof that the issue was on their end. We engineered and installed a brand new power monitor control box and proved that the power issue was indeed, from DTE. We were able to avoid future equipment failure by giving them access to live real-time data.
